Job Description

Image Tree Service is a team of passionate professionals providing expert tree care and outstanding customer service. As a Sales Arborist, you will combine arboriculture expertise with sales skills to help clients make informed tree care decisions and grow the business. Your work will include on-site tree assessments, customized proposals, new business outreach, and ongoing client relationship management. You will collaborate with operations teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations, with competitive pay and a broad range of benefits available to eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact for tree care service inquiries.
• Develop new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate tree care services.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and bids based on client needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with operations teams to support smooth project execution and meet client expectations and timelines.
• Record sales activities, client communications, and project progress in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify additional tree care services that address client needs and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success in the tree care or landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach to sales and business development.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field; ISA Certified Arborist certification.

Compensation

Competitive pay , with opportunities to work 40+ hours per week and overtime opportunities during storm cleanup and peak seasons.
