Company: JourneyPure Location: 22219 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL Job description: JourneyPure Emerald Coast is seeking a full-time night shift LPN with a shift differential. In addition to the listed pay rage, the night shift differential is $5/hour for 8 of the 12 hours worked. Job Description: As an LPN at JourneyPure, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing nursing assessments and providing direct patient care.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assisting in patient assessments and evaluations.
Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

Current, Florida LPN license or multi-state compact license equivalent
BLS certification
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or long-term care environment.
New graduates with a passion for patient care are welcome to apply.
