Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily facade installation activities on site Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications Ensure proper installation of curtain walls, aluminum systems, glass panels, and cladding Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently Enforce site safety regulations and company safety policies Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met Identify and resolve on-site technical issues Ensure materials and tools are available and properly used Maintain daily progress reports and site records Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in facade, glazing, or cladding works Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems and installation methods Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings Leadership and team management skills Good communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA or equivalent) Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) 5+ years of experience in facade or construction work 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role \nCompany Description
