Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety in your workday? We're looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician to support multiple commercial properties throughout the local area. You'll be provided with a company vehicle, tools, and technology to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements while delivering outstanding customer service.
Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial facilities.
Complete work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, roofing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
Repair drywall, doors, walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building components.
Perform minor plumbing repairs including toilets, faucets, flush valves, and fixtures.
Complete basic electrical repairs such as replacing switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs where permitted.
Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Use a tablet or smartphone to manage work orders, document repairs, submit reports, and record completed work.
Communicate professionally with customers while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Assist with project estimates and additional maintenance requests as needed.
2–5 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility repairs.
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment.
Comfortable using mobile technology, tablets, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service calls.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certifications are a plus.
Commercial facilities maintenance experience preferred.
